Happy to Help

Kindness is powerful. And it starts with a single act.

Because one moment of support can lift more than just a week.

Each week we help someone cover a bill—up to $250. No strings. No judgment. And now, we’re also caring for their pets.

Julian’s “Why” – Happiness Co Foundation

At Happiness Co Foundation, our mission has always been to support people in creating happier, more fulfilling lives—especially during life’s most challenging moments.

We believe that happiness isn’t just a feeling; it’s also about security, stability, and knowing that someone cares.

The rising cost of living is putting pressure on individuals and families across the country, and for many, that stress can deeply impact mental health and wellbeing.

That’s why we’re proud to support the Happy to Help program—an initiative that offers real, tangible help by paying someone’s bills each week.

It’s more than financial relief; it’s a message of hope and kindness. At our core, we are a giving charity committed to meaningful action.

By easing even a small burden, we aim to remind people that they are not alone and that brighter days are possible.

Janine’s “Why” – Fluoro Finance

As a young child aged 7, I always knew I would be a business owner, and I made promises to myself as I grew:

  1. To become one before the age of 40.
  2. To give back to my community once I was successful.

Fortunately, I achieved both—persevering through adversity and self-doubt. What I never accounted for was the loss of my nephew at just 14.
When Terry passed, a part of me went with him. From that day, I knew I had to use my talents to serve others.
With my experience in finance, I can now do that daily.

The Happy to Help Program was born from this purpose—a concept I brought to Julian years ago.

Joining forces with Julian, a friend and inspiration, made perfect sense as we share the same values of helping others when they need it most.

We aim to bring funds to those struggling with immediate cash relief during this cost-of-living crisis by paying their bills.

The Cost of Living Crisis and Its Mental Health Impact

58% of Australians say the rising cost of living significantly affects their mental health.

46% identify financial pressure as a key factor in psychological distress.

The Reality We're Facing

The cost of living has surged, with household expenses rising 2.5%–4.0%.
Many West Australians are skipping meals, rationing medication, or going without heating and cooling to make ends meet.
A growing number are in severe housing stress, struggling with rent or mortgage payments.

When Life Doesn’t Go to Plan

Life doesn’t always go to plan. And when it doesn’t, it helps to know someone’s in your corner.

The Happy to Help Program offers meaningful support when it’s needed most—whether that’s for a power bill, groceries, or feeding a beloved pet.

This is for anyone doing their best but needing a hand this week.

We believe in:

Dignity in support – Needing help shouldn’t come with shame.

Sharing the load – Together, we lift each other higher.
