Matt Bruce is an Ex-SAS & Army solider and now one of Australia’s leading voices on PTSD recovery, stress management & mindfulness. Matt utilises his story of trauma and recovery, as well as his experiences to create practical tools to manage the busy world we live in.

Matt is one of Happiness Co’s lead facilitators and has hosted a range of pillars within Happiness Co’s corporate workshops including ‘Peak Performance’ and ‘Stress Management’.
